You will not get any dental implant coverage by Original Medicare plans (Medicare Parts A and B). The only Medicare plan that has some dental coverage is Medicare Advantage (Medicare Part C); however, dental implant coverage by Medicare Advantage (Medicare Part C) is very complicated and unpredictable and in most cases Medicare Advantage (Medicare Part C) pays nothing or minimum amount toward the cost of dental implants.
